Boo banner

Hello ,

Are you getting ready for autumn? I think I'm more than ready. We have really hot summer over here in Romania and is not really the best, at least not for me.
I have a new creation, I made for the Whimsy Stamps August Release. You must check it out. Really fun designs for Halloween.

This die is a matching die with the Sleepy Hollow stamps. I used it as a ghost, but if you have the stamps, you can use the die in both ways. It's up to you. I thought it would look really cute as a banner. Even if I don't celebrate Halloween, I think is fun to create projects with this theme.

If you are looking for more inspiration, Whimsy Stamps Blog is the place. You can be part of our design team. You can find more details over here.

A new baby to love

Hello there,

How many of you love to color? How about doing it onto kraft cardstock? I did this once before and I really liked it. However, the pencils I use are not the best quality, yet the result looks pretty good. I should have a look online and get a better set of pencils. Any recomandations?

Today's card is a mini one. Why not?  I love making mini cards and I love using the cute stamps from Whimsy Stamps. Keep an eye on my blog and their website for new amazing designs, coming up next week.

Is always good to have a good quality white gel pe or marker. I love adding small details, because it gives that extra finished touch to any colored image.

If you enjoy my creations, you can find me on Instagram, where I share sneak peaks of my work and much more. As always, thanks for stopping by! Have a great day!

Enjoy the ride

Hello everyone,

Hope you all have a great week so far. Summer is still on and many go on holiday at the moment. Some go by cars, some by plane and so on. I got inspired to make a mini card for someone that loves to drive. I used the MISTI tool from My Sweet Petunia, because the stamps I used were sold ones and I wanted to get the best result. That means stamping over a few times and I can not do it with an acrylic block, so the  MISTI works great.

I don't like to create standard cards. I think mini cards work great when you want to write a short messsage. Plus, is fun to create your own envelopes.

If you like creating and you want to win some goodies, you can now play along over at MISTI Monday. Make new crafty friends and have fun creating.

Thanks for stopping by ! Have a lovely day!

Ombre Die-cutting

Hello

Today's post is pretty simple and easy for those who have limited crafty supplies.  I know how it was for me when I first started, with super basic supplies.

You can create beautiful cards, using only dies and cardstock. I have two cards for you today and a quick video over at my Youtube channel. The dies I used are from Whimsy Stamps. They also have beautiful stamps and other things.

I like the ombre effect. I think you can do so much with this style. See what you have in your stash and get creative. You don't need a big fancy crafty room to create things. Do it with love and you will be surprised with the final result.

If you have any questions, please let me know in the comments below. Thanks for stopping by! Have a great weekend!

Boho Blouse

Hello ,

I don't have a papercraft creation to share today, but I have something that is still a bit crafty. I made a 100% handmade boho blouse. Well, this is a very proud moment, because I like sewing, but never done it like a pro. I do things by eyes and I don't have patience to measure everything. The result is pretty amazing and I really love it. I got some super cheap fabric from the thrift shop and I thought it would be a good idea to give it a try and make my own blouse.

I spent many hours making this , especially the collar, took me 4 tries, but hey, that happens when you do things for the first time and you don't measure everything. If you follow me on Instagram, then you probably got to see some sneak peaks.

If you love sewing, then go for it! Try making your own clothes. I know it can be more expensive, but in my case, the fabric was under $1 and I really had to do it. I always get ideas and I have to give it a try the next day or skip it.

Enough of my proud moment . Thanks for visiting my blog and also, thanks for leaving sweet thoughts in the comments below. Have a great day!

Thank you

Hey there,

I don't have a big crafty stash, but I do have some stamps I never got to use or to create something with them. Today's one of those days. I made a mini card, using the Triangle Turnabout stamp from Concord & 9th to create the background. Now, if you don't know about this stamp, the design is pretty unique and you will need a stamping tool.

I used the Original MISTI from My Sweet Petunia with this stamp, because is a large stamp and to get a good and crisp result, you need to stamp over a few times. I think I could do a better job next time, because this was a last minute card. However, I still like the result and I hope you will get inspired to try this out.

If you want to get your own MISTI, please visit My Sweet Petunia for more details.
